Technical features

The C98043-A7001-L1 interface board may belong to the power board or excitation board of Siemens 6RA70 DC

speed controller, or it may be used as the motherboard of CUD1 frequency converter. It adopts the voltage

space vector (SVPWM) control method, which generates an overall effect through three-phase waveforms and

approximates the ideal circular rotating magnetic field trajectory of the motor air gap. In addition, the board also

introduces functions such as frequency compensation and feedback estimation of magnetic flux amplitude to

eliminate speed control errors and the influence of stator resistance at low speeds, improving dynamic accuracy

and stability

Usage and maintenance

When using the C98043-A7001-L1 interface board, installation, debugging, and maintenance should be strictly

carried out in accordance with Siemens' technical manual and operating procedures. If a fault alarm occurs, the

cause of the fault should be confirmed and corresponding measures should be taken according to the alarm

prompt information, combined with the mechanism diagram, input and output point status and location
