Composition and function of power unit module
The power unit is the main component of the main circuit of the high-voltage inverter, which mainly
includes the following power electronic devices:
Rectifier bridge: converts alternating current into direct current. There are two types of internal
packaging forms for rectifier bridges, which include 6 and 2 rectifier diodes respectively, with voltage
levels of 1400V and 1800V.
Controllable silicon: used in charging circuits and bypass circuits, acting as a "switch". The voltage
levels are 1400V and 1800V.
Electrolytic capacitor: filters rectified DC electricity. The voltage level is 400V, and the capacity is
3300uF, 6800uF, and 10000uF.
IGBT: Convert direct current to alternating current. Most IGBT modules are "dual transistor" with
voltage levels of 1200V and 1700V, and current levels of 75A, 100A, 150A, 200A, 300A, 400A, etc.
